Return policy
- Your satisfaction is our primary goal.
- If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any of the products you have purchased at Worldwide Best Supplements, you may return the unused portion of a product for a full refund less shipping.
- To qualify you must obtain RMA number and return your item(s) within 21 days of receipt of your order.
- Returns will not qualify for credit without RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number).
- In order to obtain your RMA number please contact our sales department.
- Once you have received an RMA number, to return item/s, wrap the package securely, preferably in the same packing materials you received the item(s), write the RMA number on the packaged packing slip and ship it to the address provided with the RMA number.
- Returns that do not meet the above criteria will not qualify for a refund.
- Please make sure that you qualify before returning your items.
- If you have any questions or concerns or are unclear as to whether or not you qualify for a refund, contact Worldwide Best Supplements Customer Service.
- Please follow the instructions below carefully before returning items.
Return Procedure
- We do not accept shipment(s) where damage is apparent.
- You may return an item for refund or replacement within 21 days after delivery.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip.
- All parts, pieces and printed materials must be in their original packaging.
- Please include a copy of your invoice and RMA number with your return.
- Use a track able and or insured shipping method as we can not be responsible for lost return shipments.

- Returns will be processed within five business days of receipt
- You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
- Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
